Damaged Items.

If your items arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will get everything worked out. Photos of the damaged parcel is encouraged. Reshipment will be paid for by Forest Offering.

Returns/Exchanges

If you need to exchange or return an item for any reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, not Forest Offering.

If you are having issues with your item, contact us and we will come to a resolution.
