Damaged Items.
If your items arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will makes things right. Photos of the damaged parcel are required.
Returns/Exchanges
If you need to exchange or return an item for any reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, not Forest Offering.
